There isn't enough Ben & Jerry's in the world if referrals are going to slow down to this!
Yep, it's pretty sad. And people on RQ are saying it's because those 2 days were huge and that CCAA batched dossiers in Sept Oct by agencies meaning they kept them all together and then logged them in. So if one arrived on the 5th they set it aside until the end of the month. I don't know. It doesn't make much sense. I'm with a very large China only agency and they didn't receive ANY referrals - nope, doesn't make sense.
