Teri tagged me.... I knew I wasn't running fast enough! My punishment for getting caught in this game of tag is to tell you all 7 things about myself you probably don't know... so here goes.
1) I have a blankie. yes. I know. I got it from my Lao Lao when I was 4 or 5 I believe. I have slept with it ever since. It goes with me everywhere if I am going to spend the night. When I go to a conference to stay over night... I have to take it along.
2)I don't have a favorite type of music. I believe I got my love of music from my dad who is always singing and dancing around the house and always blurts out a line from a song that goes with a phrase you have just said. Example, if you tell someone to jump, he would start singing "Jump... For my love... JUMP IN!" My music interests include artists such as: Chris Daughtry, Carrie Underwood, Guns N Roses, Metallica, Eminem, Ludacris, Macy Gray, Josh Groban, Faith Hill, Celine Dion, Rascall Flatts, Jewel, Gretchen Wilson, Fergie, Stevie Nicks, Allison Kraus... See... no consistency - just a little of everything!
3) My senior year of high school I won the John Philip Sousa Band Award and the National School Choral Award. Yeah. I was the music stud!

4) When I start something - I have to finish it. Even if that means staying up until 1:00 in the morning to get it finished. I don't know how many times I have said to my husband... "Just give me 10 more minutes. I am almost finished!!!"
5) When I was little I had Osgood-Schlatter's Disease - Sounds a lot worse than it really is. I always thought it was Osgood "Slaughter" which sounded even worse. I had to sit out of PE class a LOT and went to some physical therapy that I hated and never did the exercises I was supposed to.
6) I am a reality show freak. I love all of them. Sad, huh? Big Brother is my favorite, then American Idol. But I will watch ANY reality show. Haven't found one I don't enjoy.
7) I was in the Iowa Hawkeye Marching Band Drumline while in college. THAT was a BLAST! (I am not in the video below. I couldn't find one with me in it. And actually this isn't of the drumline - just the whole band...)

So I guess I will tag: Kimberley, Doris, and I was going to tag CJ but I clicked on her blog and it froze my computer up and almost made me lose this whole post so I gave up.... LOL

I'm on it! I'm doing this one tomorrow. I played the clarinet in the junior high band. I'm sure now that all of that practice time is lost and I wouldn't know what to do anymore.

Hah, it worked to elude the tag. Actually, I think I still have a couple of tags to catch up on.
The 'freeze' thing is odd. Your blog crashes my Firefox browser everytime. I have to go through Safari to access you. I've got 3 of 173 blogs who are that way....who knows?
