Happy Saturday!

I am in Iowa this weekend for my sister's bridal shower that is tomorrow. I told myself I was going to start keeping more track of what I am doing so when we get our referral I would know what we did that day. I guess I need to actually follow through with that. Since Mia could very well be born any day now. I have been saying that for a year now! ROFL Anyway, Brian bought a new mower today! Yay! *dancing in circles* Our push mower broke down a couple weeks ago and our yard looks hideous. Not as bad as it could since a friend of ours came over and mowed it one day for us and we haven't had a lot of rain. It has been super hot too which helps keep the yard down some! I arrived last night and spent some time with my niece. She was begging me to take her to the pool (stupid me forgot to bring home my swim suit!!! So I had to sit and watch!) So I sat along side the pool and baked. (Remind you I am fair complexed and red haired!!) I lathered up with 30 spf sunscreen twice but still got burnt! Not as bad as I thought though. I could just feel my skin frying on my face as I sat there and smiled while she was having fun in the pool! (The things I do for my beloved niece!!) She had a fun time! Then we went and got ice cream! Had to cool Aunt Sara down you know! LOL! I also went and drove through the state park in my home town. Oh how I miss this place! We don't live that extremely far away (about 3-1/2 hours) but we don't get home that often. I just miss the small town homey feel. And the beauty of the area.
