Flippin Out~

So... today I get home and open up the mail and there is a big ole envelope from USCIS. WTF? I am wondering??? So I open it up to see our original copies of Home Study, Birth certificates, marriage license, etc... and a letter that says "Notice of Abandonment". As I am reading further it says that our USCIS paperwork (i.e., our I-171h) expired on 11/21/08 and they are apparently CLOSING OUR CASE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wellll.... in October we went in to renew our stinking paperwork for the SECOND TIME so I KNOW this is an ERROR!!!!!!!!!!! WTF? So I go searching for my paperwork... yep... I171 expires 5/2010 and fingerprints 1/2010. So I go searching for the KC USCIS phone number which I know is not published but I have it on a sticky at work.... but not at HOME! ugh. so frantically searching internet for the number.... call agency... they are closed.... get the national USCIS office, they only give me a CRAPPIN EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THE OFFICE! ugh... call hubby frantically....bawl my brains out for a bit while searching through teary eyes frantically on the internet for that DAMN PHONE NUMBER... finally find it!!!!!!!! and the damn office is CLOSED! !@#$%@#$% So I pound out an email to them.... I guess I will hear back from them in 3 days. uh, no. I will be calling that number in the morning to cuss someone out about this...nicely, so as not to tick them off at me.

C'mon people! we are 3 months from traveling to China.... DON'T TICK OFF THE MAMA!
