The brown envelope actually has nothing to do with CCAA. It is from the U.S. Consulate in China. Still, it is good to get it as it's nice that someone in China is ready for you to take your child home.
Thanks Lisa. I actually knew that but when I typed it in I put CCAA.... I was having a brain lapse I guess :) Seems to be happening a lot lately!
