You might want to click on the pictures and make them bigger if you can't read the print. Grab your vomit bag! You might need it! I am so glad I wasn't married in 1955!!!!
I still have a couple friends like those women, one actually says to me 'the problem with women these days, is they can't cook properly and organize themselves to have a hot meal on the table, how can you keep a man if you can't do those things...'
My grandmother died at the age of 93 3 years ago. While going through her things we came across this little gem along with quite a few other ones. My mom said that grandma did those things and more! Wow...have things changed or what??!!!
It’s been a long and winding journey,
But I’m finally here tonight
picking up the pieces
walking back into the light.
If you could see what I see
That you’re the answer to my prayers
And if you could feel the tenderness I feel
You would know it would be clear,
that angels brought me here

Those are some good ideas!!
Didn't they ever hear of oil or gas furnaces back then?
Can I just slap Ron???? You're a caveman!
I wanted to beat my head on the wall the first time I ever saw this...and even more so now.
Ugh!

Well, I guess my marriage is doomed. If I would have known about this, I wouldn't have wasted the past 20+ years!
