This is my World quilt. Each fabric represents a different country or island in the world. I participated in a 3-part swap for this quilt a LOOONNNG time ago and just now finished the quilt top. Each piece of fabric has an informational sheet on the country with a swatch of the fabric attached so I will put all those together in a book. The back will have a map of the world with the same ocean water fabric that I used for the border. The lady who does my quilting is booked up through March so I don't think it will be finished any time soon!

Wow that is beautiful! I haven't even finished my first one!! I have the pieces all sewn together but I'm stumped with how to put the rest of it together and so I think because I want it done properly I'll hire someone to put it together. You are so talented!
