Boys and their Toys

First of all, our homestudy went fine! We didn't even really clean the house to perfection. I didn't freak out about this one. I figure this is the third time she has come to our house, who cares! :)

Well, it is Labor Day weekend...what better way to enjoy it than to buy a Harley Davidson Fatboy!!!!!! Brian is out for a ride as I type. He is like a kid in a candy shop! Boy that thing is LOUD! We love it!

Hope you all have as much fun this weekend as we are going to have!!!!!

It's been amazing here in Wi. We have a huge fairgound and city packed with bikers. We are about 40minutes from Milwaulee. It's been so cool to see all the bikes.

Okay, that is too funny! Well, not being a motorcycle enthusiast myself~I find myself compelled to just say, "BE SAFE!!!" I know that you will be! I get nervous just thinking of you & Brian on that thing! Ugh. Oh & your Mia...she's not going to ride, is she? Oh my! I am nervous all ready! Well, good for you anyway doing something that makes you so happy! We will be awaiting lots of photos of you riding...on second thought my nerves might not take that! :o)

Glad to hear that your homestudy went well. The thought of moving sooner than later already has me up in arms about re-reviewing & re-doing all of that crap. Hey, I am really so over it. I mean, at this point I am like~they have nosed in our lives so much already inside & out. By now if they don't know that we will be great parents providing a safe & loving home for our child then they are never going to know it & a little dirt or dust here or there in our house isn't going to change that fact. So, like you, I just don't get too excited anymore. My main deal is just the inconvenience of doing & re-doing & doing it again. Just annoying. There is only one reason that we continue to put up with this crap...for our Mia!

We just spent the last 5 days celebrating Harley's 105th anniversary! It was a blast! We had 3 friends drive 1200 miles from Canada to join us. We put on lots of miles, saw some great concerts & met lots of people. It was so much fun. I love the rumble of a Harley. Have fun with it & be safe! I hope to have some pics on my blog soon.
