Poor baby had to have a catheter to collect a urine sample, blood drawn and an IV needle stuck in her. She was not a happy camper. I didn't think she was going to calm down after all that but she finally did. She tested positive for Rotavirus. That stuff is no fun! whew. She was a trooper through the whole stay. The staff there was so nice. One of the techs even crocheted her a little blanket! We are home now and she is feeling better. She still has the terrible diarrhea, but she is feeling much better. Notice her taggie blanket in her mouth. She will have nothing to do with a pacifier but LOVES sucking on her taggie blanket.

Rotavirus
Mia was admitted to the hospital yesterday. She spent the night and was home at about 2:00 today. Monday she couldn't keep any fluids down. She wasn't running a fever so the doctor said just keep her hydrated and call Tuesday if it wasn't better. Tuesday it wasn't better so we went in to the doctor and she said it would be best to admit her to rehydrate her with an IV.
