Back in Action

I am back to work today after a 2-week vacation. I didn't go anywhere. Just painted my living room, shampoo'd carpets, cleaned out closets, etc. Have you seen that show Clean House on the Style channel with Neicy Nash (who is also the lady cop in the move Reno 911 with the big butt--see pic below)? Clean House is the show where they go into the horrendously messy houses (that would never pass a homestudy) and clean them up. They put things in Keep, Sell, Donate, Trash piles? That is what I did! Created more work for myself than I wanted, but we decided thateverything we sell we are going to put the money into an envelope and hopefully we will come up with enough money to purchase a new camera and a new laptop! Hopefully we will get that much! I have cleaned out enough stuff to have a garage sale this weekend so we will see how that goes! I hate having a garage sale! It takes so much work. And then I get ticked off when no one shows up!

Anyhoo, back to work this week. It was so hard to get out of bed this morning! Holy cow! Had to drag myself out!

Looks as though the CCAA may only get through January 25th this month. That would only be 5 days this month. However we haven't received any final notice that the cutoff is the 25th so we will see I guess. 5 days is not much but it is progress none the less. I am still praying we can get our referral by December.

Hope you all had a great 4th of July. I didn't do a post on that day but we had a good weekend. It was beautiful weather here! Usually it is 100 degrees and you don't want to go do any of the activities downtown because it is so miserable! But this year it was in the upper 70's here!!! It was beautiful weather!!!
